More than twenty bands for the soundtrack of the 47th
The music will have again a main role at the great Spanish appointment with the independent cinema. Between November 19 and 28, a score of national and international groups will be the soundtrack of the 47 Gijón International Film Festival nights in different settings of the city.
The Acapulco Hall in the Asturias Casino will receive the frontier rock of Tito y Tarántula, essential in Desperado, El mexicano and Abierto hasta el amanecer, promotional platform of the group whose debut Tarantism came a year after of its apparition as the resident band of The Titty Twister and now it presents its last album, Back into the darkness. This new Tito, Lucy la Loca, Rafael Gayol and Steven Hufsteter work is a collection of songs which fuse “the old day punk spirit with nights of improvisation in bars and a new self-esteem which frequently resembles the great luminaries of the history of the music.
